Making a claim We understand that making a claim can be stressful, and our dedicated Claims Team will do their best to ensure the process is as easy and trouble-free as possible for you.
How to claim Here's what to do if you (or your family) need to make a claim on your policy.
Step 1: Please call our Claims Line 0844 856 2104. Lines are open between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. To help us process your claim quickly, please have your policy number ready when you call.
Please note that calls to our Claims Team are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.
Step 2: A member of our Claims Team will discuss your claim with you, and confirm your policy cover and benefit entitlements. They will then explain what happens next, and send you a claim form if necessary. Alternatively you can download* a printable version of our Accident Death Plan and Accident Cash Plan or go to our claim forms page. If you cannot see the claim form for your particular product type please call our Claims Line Free on 0844 856 2104

Step 3: If we ask you to complete a claim form, please return it as soon as possible, along with any further information we may have requested.
Step 4: Once your claim has been validated your policy benefits are paid straight into your bank account, or by cheque if you request.
